Charles Crowe has practiced exclusively in the area of matrimonial and family law for over 15 years and is admitted to the bar in both New York and Georgia. Prior to moving to New York in 2025, Mr. Crowe practiced at two of Atlanta’s most prominent family law firms. His practice is defined by his ability to untangle the most complex financial and custody disputes and formulate solutions that achieve practical, lasting results. He has guided clients through divorces involving closely held businesses, complex compensation packages, multi-jurisdictional assets, and complex trusts. His approach is highly adaptive: some matters demand finely tuned courtroom advocacy, while others benefit from carefully engineered settlements that safeguard wealth, privacy, and family stability.

Clients rely on Mr. Crowe for his ability to focus on critical angles of their case. Whether structuring prenuptial agreements to withstand challenge, leveraging financial experts in business valuation disputes, or designing creative custody schedules tailored to children’s needs, he brings a depth of preparation and ingenuity that consistently yields favorable outcomes. His work reflects not only a deep understanding of the law, but also an appreciation for the unique dynamics—financial, emotional, and reputational—that shape high-stakes family matters.

Mr. Crowe is the author of Georgia Domestic Relations Forms (LexisNexis), a leading practice resource relied upon by practitioners and judges alike. He regularly contributes to publications on matrimonial law and is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education programs, where he addresses asset division, business valuation, and trust interests in divorce. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a top family law attorney every year since 2016.

Mr. Crowe received his J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, where he was a Jesse Mercer Scholar and Kay Young Scholar, and his B.A. in Political Science and History from Mercer University. Mr. Crowe lives in New York City with his fiancée.
