Olivia Lee has over a decade of experience practicing matrimonial and family law. She represents individuals in a diverse range of issues, including custody, child support, equitable distribution, maintenance, and negotiation and drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements. Ms. Lee achieves resolutions for her clients both through settlement and litigation at trial and appellate levels. Prior to joining Cohen Clair, Ms. Lee practiced at a boutique matrimonial firm in Manhattan.

Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in New York State, the Southern District of New York, and is also a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. She has been serving as a Co-Chair of the Matrimonial and Family Law Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association since 2019 and has previously served on the Matrimonial Committee of the New York City Bar Association. She has also given guest lectures and presentations at various bar association events. Ms. Lee has been selected by Super Lawyers as a New York “Rising Star” in Family Law every year since 2017.

Ms. Lee received her JD from Cornell Law School in 2010 and her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006. Ms. Lee speaks fluent French and Korean. She lives in Westchester, New York with her husband and two children.
