Alyssa Cannizzaro

Prior to joining Cohen Clair, Alyssa Cannizzaro began her career at Morrison & Foerster LLP as an associate representing financial institutions in complex commercial real estate transactions. She advised national and multinational clients in the origination of syndicated, mortgage, mezzanine and securitized loans for the acquisition, financing and development of a wide variety of commercial real estate assets across the United States.

Ms. Cannizzaro received her B.A. magna cum laude from Columbia University and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Colleen McMahon of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. She also was senior editor of the Journal of Law & Public Affairs and received a certificate in business management from The Wharton School.

Ms. Cannizzaro is admitted to practice in New York. She lives in Manhattan.
