Ms. Branca is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College. She received her J.D. from St.
John’s University School of Law.

Drager (Ret.), Supreme Court, New York County which provided her with a rare perspective and understanding of how matrimonial judges evaluate and adjudicate issues such as child custody disputes and the equitable distribution of assets.
Jennifer concentrates her practice in high-net-worth matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, property distribution, child custody, spousal and child support, and post-judgment matters, as well as pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, and comprehensive settlement agreements.
Jennifer received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree from Franklin and Marshall College. Jennifer is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and is an active member of the New York Women’s Bar Association (Newsletter Committee); New York State Bar Association; Catholic Lawyers Guild; and Columbian Lawyers Association.
